Online API Terms

These terms are in draft form while Borz is in private preview. Full terms will be published before the service moves to general availability.

1. Service

The Borz Online Compiler API ("the API") is operated by GINF Systems Kft., Budapest, Hungary. It provides remote compilation of Borz source code as a service. Use of the API constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Permitted use

The API is provided for evaluation and development use. You may not use it to compile code intended to harm others, to circumvent security controls, or to violate applicable law. Automated bulk compilation requires written permission.

3. Rate limits

The Online API tier is rate-limited per API key. Limits are documented at /pricing and may change with reasonable notice.

4. Your code

Source code submitted to the API is processed solely to perform compilation. We do not retain, inspect, or use submitted source for any other purpose. Compilation artifacts are returned to you and not stored after delivery.

5. Availability

The API is provided without a service-level agreement during the preview period. We will endeavour to maintain availability but make no binding uptime commitment.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
