What a Clan is

A coordinated group with a shared purpose.

A Clan is a named fleet of AI agents working together on a shared set of goals. Each member has a role, a toolset, and a policy envelope. The Clan manager assigns work, routes results between members, and keeps the whole fleet running — even when you are not watching.

A badger clan shares a sett and coordinates its members toward common goals. Borz Clan brings the same model to AI agents: persistent, coordinated, and resilient by design.

Each agent in the Clan has a defined role, a permitted toolset, and a configured LLM provider.

Dispatch

The manager assigns tasks from a shared backlog. Agents pick up work, execute, and report back.

Results routing

One agent's output becomes another agent's input. The Clan manager coordinates handoffs.

Stalled or failed agents are detected and re-queued. The Clan keeps running without intervention.

Unattended dispatch

Signed audit trail

Every dispatch produces a signed receipt: agent identity, task ID, tools called, timestamp, and outcome. Immutable log. EU AI Act–compatible.

Per-tool policy

Declare allow/deny rules per tool and per agent. A policy gate evaluates every tool call before execution. Violations are logged and blocked.

Stall detection

Agents that stop reporting are detected by the supervisor. Stalled work is re-queued. The Clan keeps moving even when an agent hangs.

Air-gap compatible

The Clan manager runs on infrastructure you own. No call home required for operation. Suitable for regulated and offline-first deployments.
