Community EULA
Version 0.1 · 2026-05-26 · Applies to the Borz Community offline compiler binary
1. Grant of licence
GINF Systems Kft. ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Borz Community compiler binary ("the Software") on machines you control, subject to the conditions below.
2. Permitted use
- Individual developers and teams of up to 10 people.
- Commercial use is permitted below a revenue threshold attributable to Borz-compiled output; contact us for the current figure and for Enterprise terms above it.
- Air-gapped or offline compilation on machines you own or control.
3. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute or resell the binary.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the compiler internals.
- You may not remove or alter the licence-key or telemetry subsystems.
4. Telemetry
The Community binary sends compile telemetry (target, duration, success/failure — no source code) to telemetry.borz.ai. Telemetry cannot be disabled at this tier; it is the basis for the free licence. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Hardware binding
The binary is licence-key–bound to the machine fingerprint recorded at activation. You may transfer the licence to a new machine by contacting hello@decentedge.com.
6. Updates
Licensor may release updates. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised EULA accompanying that update.
7. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach any condition. On termination you must delete all copies of the Software.
8. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Hungarian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
